Our Story

After over 35 years as a nurse, and the restriction of oxygen flow to my brain from the continuous wearing of masks, I have lost my sanity and decided to venture into the goat business!

Seriously though, we have had a small farm in central Texas for many years with cattle and poultry, and now we are excited to expand into goats. Our journey has presented many challenges, but it has also been incredibly rewarding to say the least!

Our goats are pasture raised, free from preventative antibiotics and hormones.

We raise our goats on a grass-fed diet, supplemented with local hay and finishing them with grain to ensure optimal flavor.

We prioritize a hands-on approach and put a strong emphasis on producing a high-quality product. We want people to know where their meat is coming from and the care that we take in providing a product that people can trust.
